Attention:  Lodging and Dining businesses

I receieved this inquiry from Gold Rush Adventure Racing, they hold an annual race in September and want to have it here in June Lake, with an awards banquet.  Would anyone be interested in offering Lodging (It may require participation by more than one property) and/or the Awards Banquet (the Banquet could possibly be catered at the Community Center)?

Hello. I am with GoldRush Adevnture Racing in Modesto and we plan on putting on a 4 day Adventure race in Septemeber of 2013. This involves 20 teams of 4 athletes cycling, running, paddling on a 200 mile course across the Owens valeey and areas. In 2011 we ran the event from Bridgeport to Sonora. This year we would like to consider a loop starting and ending in June Lake. Does June Lake have facilities to handle accomodation, meeting halls, dining and awards banquet for a group of about 120 people?
We work with NFS and BLM to get permits for this event and have been putting on Adventure races in the Northern Sierras for 12 years.
