Hello All,

Spring is back and it’s pretty clear. The birds are chipping, temps have hit the 60’s and there probably isn't a spec of snow left in town.

With that said, I’m sure you have all heard a little something regarding what may happen at June Mountain this Sunday, April 13. The fact of the matter is that the snow is going quickly. Last week we were powder skiing, this week we’re reaching for the sunscreen to save our lives if we happen to be outside for more than an hour. We are going to continue to be open through this weekend with chairs 1, 2, 3 & 7, on a base of 8-24” and 18 trails accessible. On Sunday afternoon/ night we will make the call on whether or not we can prolong operations until our scheduled closing day, Sunday, April 20.

If we close earlier than expected, June Mountain Season Passes (excluding College Passes) will be honored at Mammoth the day after the lifts stop turning at June. If you have any guests that were planning a week full of lift tickets, rentals and lessons at June; please direct them to me and I’m more than happy to take care of them if they would like go to Mammoth Mountain.

It’s been a heck of a season (I’m not saying it’s over yet!). We opened when we said we would and we stayed open even when things looked like they were going in the toilet. For guests with multiple questions regarding June Mountain Operations please have them contact us directly at 760-648-7733 ext. 4218.

Thank you for a wonderful season and your support.

Sincerely,

Abigail Ross
