[Board Members] Carson Peak Inn Mixer

Hello all,

I finally got a reply from Kristi down in Chatsworth regarding our planned mixer/meeting at the Carson Peak Inn.

They are exicited to be able to host our mixer, very happy to provide us with the bar room, along with a donation of some favorite CPI appetizers, and iced tea or soda. Beer and wine will be available on a no-host basis.

What time did we want the event to start?  I seem to remember talking about 4:00 PM is that correct?  Maybe 4:00 to 6:00?  We have exactly one week to get the word out.  I can prepare an email to the membership and a flyer for the Post Office.  Please get back to me with your input on the time frame so I can get this done.

I also spoke to Luis Curiel at the General Store, as we discussed.  He said that he is very busy and was concerned about being able to spend enough time (most of us have that same problem), and he is a little worried about his language skills to communicate effectively.  He did agree to meet with us and consider the idea, however!
