Hi, I looked over the Plan and Budget for the event and like the time, date, and theme for it, how do we reserve the park for then?

Do we really need a Chili Cook-off AND a Pie Baking Contest? I think we should just focus on one(I vote for Pies).
Food, drink, and craft vendors - games, raffle, and bounce house - all good. The Beer Chugging...I'm not so sure about. Sounds a little dangerous.
I still want to have a photo contest element to the event. I believe it will produce some great images of the area that we can use to promote June Lake. Shelia, I can try to figure the Photo Contest out if you're not into it - I would just ask if you can save three or four of the prizes for it.
I am not up to organizing a race for this year. If anybody else is feeling strong there, I will help out all I can.
