Chamber Annual General Membership Meeting and Board Election

Hi All, 

Sorry for my late notification about our annual meeting.  This is also a mixer to allow time for networking.
We will be meeting next Wednesday, October 9th from 2PM - 4PM.  June Mountain will be hosting the meeting and light refreshments will be served. The chair lift will start running at 1:45PM.

Please invite any of your friends to attend, who might be interested in the Chamber.  People who have paid their 2019 dues or who pay their dues for 2020 prior to the meeting are eligible to vote for the Board.  If you are unable to join us for the meeting, you may come to the June Mountain parking lot to cast your ballot between 1:30PM - 1:45PM. 

If you are interested in serving on the Board, please fill out the short application form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JLLCOC19 by Monday, October 7th at 5pm, so that the nominating committee can prepare a slate of 8 nominees to share with the membership prior to the meeting.  If you are interested in serving on the nominating committee please respond to this email.  The nominating committee will make their recommendations on Tuesday morning and the application information will be shared with the membership to help inform your vote.
