    1. The County, Town and local Chambers of Commerce (working together with the local COVID-19 Emergency Operations Center) are in the process of developing an Economic Recovery Plan. We cannot do this without feedback and input from you, our business community, so please help us by taking this short survey to help us understand your needs and to incorporate your ideas into the planning process.  Thank you for your time and valuable insights -- your assistance is greatly appreciated. INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS RESULTS WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.

       7. Marketing funds to be redirected to digital and radio. Sarah suggested that marketing funds could be used towards events that were unable to go on for this year.

   b. Membership

  1. Amanda, Janet and Connie met and reviewed the current membership information on the website. Quarterly payments would be easier for some as well as membership tiers. Members interested include Hermitage, The Lift, and others. They would like to design a brochure of membership benefits.
  2. Recommendation for 2020 memberships dues to be free. Bring the community together, get them involved. Abi motioned to include all the business in the Chamber for a free membership in 2020.  Ralph 2nd, motion passed. Additional Discussion: Donations are still welcome for 2020 dues. The most recent county order is to wear a mask when you are out of the house.
