1. Call to Order: 6:03PM

2. Members Present: Janet Hunt, Abigail Ross, Connie Lear, Emily Bell, Ralph Lockhart, Amanda Spencer, Dan Roberts, Jamie Schectman 

3. Approval of May 27, 2020 Minutes: Connie made a motion to approve the May minutes, Amanda 2nd. Motion passed. 

4. Financial report: Amanda there is still approx. $700 to be used towards community food needs.
    Cash: $242.45
    Checking Account: $11,710.58
Paypal:$2,923.73
TOTAL Assets: $14,876.76

5. Member Reports:
Connie- Open and busy! It’s taking much longer to clean to the county Covid guidelines. 
Abi- June Lake Cares is slow go at the moment, but it picks up at the end of the month.
Ralph- PPE is still available. No fireworks in Crowley or parade in Mammoth. Bridgeport is still hosting this 4th of July fireworks. 
Janet- JL Beach should be open by July 1 or sooner. 
Jamie- Very, very busy. Lots of folks using the public bathrooms at June Pie. Most guests are wearing masks, just a few are resistant. 
  
6.  Committee Reports:    
Marketing - Still posting Mono County facts on social media and what guests should expect. Points of interest June Lake Map review is coming within the next week. Murals are suggested to add to the points of interest map. 
Membership - Nothing new report to report. 
Events 
Leaves in the Loop - No report. Jamie, mentioned that it could be a socially distant event. We have $2,700 for marketing through the CEMF grant. It’s intended use is for out of the area marketing. We would like to ask the county for it to not be restricted, since things are different these days. Could it possibly be used for the Balanced Rock improvement? Not giving up just yet on something for this event. 
Fishing Summit - Are we having one this year? We have not received a report from Mitch. There is a collective agreement that we don't need to push the summit this season.
Other -  Roll out with the (flower) Barrels, mid May.                                                                                                  
7. Old Business:
2020 Budget Review and Revisions - Paid for the banners, and approval to use for the barrels. This is earmarked for next spring. Mono County Visitor Guide payment, has this come through for 2020?
COVID-19 Update - (Mono County Emergency Operations Committee (EOC)) Is reducing the committee size in hopes that cases do not increase. 
Reopening businesses activities/support - Other than June Lake Cares, and PPE, Amanda asked how else can we support the lodging industry? If they are full everyone else is busy. Connie mentioned that needs might come in Sept and Oct. It was discussed to come back to the idea in the Fall. Lodging was the first group to close and the last to open. Ralph mentioned that anyone in the lodging industry still needs to pay a lodging assessment (tax). This tax supports Visit California for global tourism. They are looking to release the funds back to local marketing for “Staycations”.

8. New Business: 
Officer Change -  Connie has volunteered to be Treasurer and help with accounting. John was treasurer but will be resigning. Amanda recommended (?) that Connie become the treasurer. Connie seconded, all were in favor. 
New Logo designs - The design complements the VisitJuneLakeLoop website and social media logo. (VisitJuneLakeLoop is not associated with the June Lake Loop Chamber of Commerce). It is modern, cool and has a lot to offer. Banners and mech designs were in the concepts as well. 
RFP for Website - (in conjunction with rebranding)
Request from Antelope Valley Desert Divers  (letter in meeting folder)
